I have mixed feelings towards this dealership. I love my car however that is not what this review is for. I really dislike that the price you see is the price of the vehicle. Are the vehicles unreasonable? car however that is not what this review is for. I really dislike that the price you see is the price of the vehicle. Are the vehicles unreasonable? No. But the fun of getting a car is haggling a price. There isn't much incentive to buy from the dealership besides the fact that they had the exact used car I wanted. They wouldn't even fill up my tank. I was told they only do that for new cars. But when I pay $20,000 + for a car the least you can do is fill up my gas tank. The people were very friendly and I really liked Chris but they need to hire more people. The poor man was running around like his head was cut off. We sat waiting to talk to the finance people for over two hours. When I'm paying that much money I would like to not sit there forever. In hindsight though, I went in on a sat. I wouldn't tell people to not go there but don't expect super service or great incentives. More

I went in for my check engine light, on the same day I had to go out of state for a business conference. I was leaving town at 10am and was able to get my car in at 9am. Matt worked hard to make sure that had to go out of state for a business conference. I was leaving town at 10am and was able to get my car in at 9am. Matt worked hard to make sure that I knew if my car was ok to make the drive in time for me to leave. When the codes came back showing that my car would not be ok to make the drive, he worked to get me the last reserved rental vehicle available on the lot so that I could get on the road right away and not have to wait for an outside rental car. Once my car was ready to go 2 days later, I came to pick it up. Matt said he would have it washed if I wanted to wait. Since I had been needing a wash in order to put my tabs on, I quickly agreed. When he heard that I needed the tabs put on, he offered to take them and put them on for me as soon as the car was ready. Though it seems like a small thing, it was the extra touch that made this visit absolutely great! More
I visited the dealer with a warranty problem. I dropped our Outlook to the dealer for a check engine light issue and the Service Dept diagnosed the issue, confirmed the diagnosis was correct, by checking the part, and fixed it. The diagnosis was efficient and inexpensive and the vehicle was ready the same day for pick-up. When I arrived for pick-up, the check-out was easy and quick. The best part is my vehicle was parked in the garage for me (warm) on such a frigidly cold day. (I didn't need to aimlessly look for it in the outdoor parking lot). It has been a LONG time since I have had such a good experience with a dealership on repairs from the ease of setting up the appointment, the communication and the pick-up. I would definitely use them again and recommend the dealership. Great job! More
