Not good place to bring car. Communication terrible. Service dept messed up brake job. Took 8 days to do front brakes& wheel balance, rotation. Wheel weights fell off front tire. With all the construction, the drop off and pick up were very easy. I'd like to stay with Luther Bloomington Hyundai for a new hybrid vehicle but the Elantra is not available with AWD so I'll be going back very easy. I took my Ioniq 6 in for servicing because the FM radio stopped working. I mentioned to the service writer that the bluetooth was intermittent. When I picked up the car, the radio worked and I thought ev stopped working. I mentioned to the service writer that the bluetooth was intermittent. When I picked up the car, the radio worked and I thought everything was great. Well, now there is NO bluetooth. I called and was told that the next appointment was a month away. I then called Morries Hyundai and was able to get an appointment in about two weeks. I don't think I will be going back to your dealship. More
