Made an appointment, arrived on the correct date, but no record of appointment with service advisor. This caused additional delays. Wait time was commited for 90 minutes but took over four days to complet record of appointment with service advisor. This caused additional delays. Upon pick up of vehicle, the "kid" that was supposed to be working, was playing on his phone, vaping and eating donuts. Barely acknowledged my presence and did not process the return loaner car. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to get my car. The car was also filthy upon pickup. This is the worst service at an auto dealership I have experienced in 30 years. FAIL!!! More
