By far, this is the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Brandon Wilson was pressure free and a great person to work with. The only thing I disagree with is the internet sales policies. We live in outstate MN. So we made an inquiry online about a 2011 Sonata. We receieved an automated email back and made no further contact. When we made it to the dealership, we worked with Brandon exclusively. When the deal was in it's final stages, Brandon showed me something on the computer and I noticed that a different sales person was listed. When I asked about it, he said that the first person that makes contact, gets 50% of the commission regardless of any additional efforts. Brandon was fine with the policy even though my wife and I disagree. Brandon was awesome to work worth, I and feel that he went above and beyond for us, why should he only get half the credit? Luther Hyundai should really look at this a little closer. In the end, I would highly recommend this dealership! More
I leased a Hyundai Sonata. We negotiated the price over the phone before I went to the dealership. I was happy with the negotiated price. However, when I went to talk to the finance person and sign the p the phone before I went to the dealership. I was happy with the negotiated price. However, when I went to talk to the finance person and sign the papers, I was told there would be a $400 charge upon the return of the car at the end of the lease. This is something I want to know about up-front, not at the point of signing the paperwork. He indicated that it was too confusing for the salespeople to be addressing this issue. How can this be confusing for the salespeople, all they have to say is, "you will have to pay $400 upon returning the car at the end of the lease". This is also not fair to your competition or your customer when making cost comparisons. Otherwise everything was great and the above issue has nothing to do with the customer service provided by the salesperson, Chris Wright, which, again, was great. More
I bought my second Sonata at Denny Hecker's Inver Grove Hyundai and then when that dealership closed I stopped at your dealership and inquired about keeping my Sonata maintained. When I decided to buy another Sonata I stopped in and spoke with Tom Palme. I got the info on the 2011 Sonata but did not buy at that time. Weeks later, I stopped in again and within a couple of weeks I bought the 2011 Sonata I wanted. Tom understood what I wanted and did not "do the high pressure" bit. If he would have, I probaly would have bought the car elsehwere. So far, I love the car and I expect nothing else! More

I applied online as suggested and he called me with 4 quotes, one of which was extremely competitive - the best I could have imagined. He had my financing (which was complicated) arranged within 45 minutes! The salesman Greg knows the car very well and told me much more than the other dealership I'd been to where I first test drove the car. I felt so positive about all the details of the car after I test drove it with him. He seemed very warm, honest, knowledgable, sincere and was very enjoyable to work with. They treated me like I was buying a top of the line Mercedes. I would recommend them to anyone. More

I found a car on Auto Trader and contacted the dealership looking for more information. They were prompt and polite in getting back to me, but not pushy. I made an appointment with Darrell to see the car and looking for more information. They were prompt and polite in getting back to me, but not pushy. I made an appointment with Darrell to see the car and when I arrived he was finishing up with another customer, but once he was done with that customer he was very attentive, but again, not pushy. He answered all my questions well. I left there to go to another dealership to look at some other cars and definitely felt like I was getting the hard sell from a different dealer. I called back to Luther Hyundai the next day to talk to Darrell about the car some more and he answered more questions and made sure that the one chipped paint issue was being taken care of before I got there. I chose to go back to the Luther Hyundai because the Hyundai I bought could be covered under the full remaining 10 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and definitely because of the customer service. I felt much more respected at Luther than I did at the other dealerhip! More

I worked with Brandon throughout the entire sales process. I was a bit frustrated due to the lack of availability of the 2011 Hyundai Sonatas. I was able to get consistent information and the price was always in line with the competition. At the end of the day, the car that I was looking for became available and the price was right. I was able to get most of the paperwork completed prior to the final sale and I even received a piece of cake while waiting for the paperwork. They made me feel like part of the team above being a customer. I am driving a brand new car so I have yet to have any issues with it but when I do I expect to receive the same service and support that I received when purchasing my vehicle. I would recommend Luther Bloomington Hyundai to any freinds or family looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
