I also appreciated how he respected my time; most of the transaction went very quickly and for the final prepping of the vehicle he told me right away it would take some time so just come back in a while - I've been in this situation before and ended up sitting around for a couple hours which is no fun. Also everying about pricing, financing, extras etc. was honest and above-board, nobody tried to sneak anything by me or give me a hard sell on something I didn't want. Flexibility too - a friend had a "Friends and family" coupon for the purchase, I didn't have it with me but they covered it for me on the honor system, I appreciated this since it saved me another trip. Love the car (Hyundai Santa Fe) and great buying experience! More

This was an unexpected, very positive new-car buying experience for us. We went to this dealership as part of the make/model winnowing process. Even though we kept staff working two hours past closing time on a beautiful Saturday evening, everyone was patient and helpful with the delivery. We had been working with another dealership in the area, trying to buy a new car. After getting nothing but broken promises and unclear agreements, we decided to start looking for other options. We checked out Luther as it was the next closest Hyundai dealership and were greeted quickly by Brandon. He provided us with a brief run down of the Sonata, took us out for a test drive, and answered the rest of our questions. We were very grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable service. We also appreciated that the interaction lacked the "used car salesman" feel and wasn't pushy. Needless to say, about 6 hours later (time to get the car ready, finish the paperwork, and get a full description of the vehicle) we took our new car home. The experience was far superior to the other dealerships we had worked with. More
