I had a wonderful experience, which is amazing since my car was totaled in an accident, I was operating without transportation, and was still in a bit of shock. Steve provided transportation to and from the dealership for me to test drive the car (twice!), Brandon handled the financing in about 1/2 hour, and I had my car insured and out the door in three days, including going to work. I arrived late for my appointment and they got me in right away anyway. The service they said would take an hour took half that and when I got to the car, there was a complimentary bottle of windsheild right away anyway. Not only that, but because it is still a relatively new vehicle, the oil change was free. And they washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Very positive experience. More

Al- Was a joy to work with. I called the dealership initially (cold call without any referral to an employee) and was connected with Al. I called because of an ad I saw for a different car than I ended initially (cold call without any referral to an employee) and was connected with Al. I called because of an ad I saw for a different car than I ended up purchasing. He called me back within an hour or so with another option of a used car that met our needs. It was a year old than my target, but because the miles were low and that same afternoon the car had a price adjustment = Bingo! I wasn't intending to buy that day. I was just looking - although I did have my pre approval from the credit union already. At the dealership they matched the rate with the credit union - so less paperwork for me. Yah! Al was very pleasant and easy going as he answered my many questions. He is a great partner to help you find a new to you vehicle! Thanks again for the great service! More

Several years ago I leased a Hyndai from Saroush I liked him (and the car) so much that I returned when I leased again. One of the biggest factors that separate the good vendors from the not-so-good are the ones that stand behind their work. Every contractor/business/vendor will have some kind of problem once in a while; no matter how good they normally are. The good companies to hire are the ones that stand behind their work and make it right for the customer. Such is the case with Luther Bloomington Hyundai. Recently I had a very slight problem with how a job was done. I contacted them and they took care of the problem 100% to my satisfaction.
