I arrived about 10 minutes early. They had already set up the paperwork so I just had to sign for the repair (recall under warrantee) and wait for it to be done. The estimated the repair would take about 45 minutes and they finished in about 30-35 minutes. The car was washed and vaccuumed as well - something I had not expected. My only complaint was the bad choice of TV channels on the TV. Someone had arrived before me and had selected a soap opera. I'm glad I brought something to read. (Good coffee by the way.) More
