I have had many new cars and several used cars in my life. I purchased a year old car and chose this dealership because of the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I moved and have to travel further to service my car, and do so because I know I will never be disappointed. I was met by a nice young female, who immediately directed me to Duane. I was at this dealer to address a recalled part. He asked if I needed and oil change/tire rotation, I told him I had just comp directed me to Duane. I was at this dealer to address a recalled part. He asked if I needed and oil change/tire rotation, I told him I had just completed both services (actually getting new tires) in the last hour. He suggested I have a cup of coffee, directed me to waiting lounge and told me likely my coffee would still be warm by the time the service was completed. He was close (only because I only had half a cup of coffee). He was courteous, friendly and answered any questions I had. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to assist me. Kudos! More

Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, so I was not enthusiastic when we began. Our insurance, USAA, has an on-line benefit that I decided to use. After entering car type (We've been driving a Santa Fe for 6 years and have nothing but good to say about the experience) of Santa Fe with preferred options, Luther Hyundai was selected. We received a connecting e-mail from Tracey DeBruzzu and visited the dealership a few days later where we met Tracey. Tracey listened (really listened) to my list of "must-haves", and was ever so patient. The exact car of my dreams was not on the lot, nor on any other MN lot, so we entertained the idea of selecting a Santa Fe with a standard 4-cyclinder, rather than the Turbo 4-cylinder which we preferred. Tracey went out of his way to allow us to test drive the car, as we'd already called it a day and returned to our home some 20 miles distant from the dealership. We liked the car, but still felt as though we were "settling" for a second choice. Tracey no doubt sensed this as we got a call the next morning saying he'd found our exact match in Green Bay, WI, and would have it available the next day. He did just as he said, and we are now the owners of a new Santa Fe--all thanks to Tracey's exceptional ability to please the customer. Well done! Anita More

Last week I requested information and test drives for several Hyundai cars online and Darrel got back to me immediately. We arranged a time to meet the following Saturday and he couldn't have been more informative and helpful and very patient. I left that same day with a beautiful Sonata limited!!! I love it and haven't been this excited about getting into my car since we turned in our last Hyundai Santa Fe 3 years ago. I love their vehicles and so does my husband who has a Genesis so we're now a happy Hyundai family!!! It's great to be back to this dealership again. Have always been happy with their service and now their new location is even more convenient to our home.
