Everyone here is super friendly. They get things done as quickly as possible, whether it be purchasing, financing, or servicing. The waiting facility is comfortable, equipped with wifi, snacks, and beverage quickly as possible, whether it be purchasing, financing, or servicing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 in customer service is because several times when calling, I have been put on hold for long periods of time. I was also told I could not talk to a service technician the day after calling and talking to a service technician, so that was a little odd. Overall, I would absolutely purchase another car from Luther Bloomington Hyundai. Great cars at great prices, and the best warranty out there, I believe. More

My wife brought her leased Hyundai in for an free oil change and was told she needed a tire rotation for $50. She felt pressured to get it done and now doesn't want to return to this dealership. I could change and was told she needed a tire rotation for $50. She felt pressured to get it done and now doesn't want to return to this dealership. I could have had the oil changed for $39 plus a free tire rotation at The Chevy Dealership where I bought my truck and saved $11. Plus my wife was late for work because of the tire rotation. I didn't have a scheduled appointment for an oil change but they still had time to squeeze me in. Customer service was great. Although the car wash was out of order, they compromised with a quick change but they still had time to squeeze me in. Customer service was great.
