I sent in with my 2011 Santa Fe for regular service, which is always handled quickly and efficiently. While waiting a walked the floor and was drawn to the new 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Not really looking to buy, I ask Brandon for help to see what the trade value of the current car would be. The trade in was a fair price and the discount off of MSRP from the 2014 was reasonable so I upgraded to the 2014. Overall I was impressed with the process from service to sales to financing and would recommend the dealer to anyone looking at a Hyundai. Really good value for the price and the warranty really can't be beat in this market. I will now go back to Brandon for a second car for my college aged daughter. More

I had by far the best experience of any dealer I have been to at Luther Hyundai. I was shopping with my 3 year old in tow and even with that this experience was stress free. Several months ago, at its expense, Luther Hyundai repainted the front of my car which was chipping. I was very satisfied. Later my wife' had an emergency with her car and it was repaired by a garag repainted the front of my car which was chipping. I was very satisfied. Later my wife' had an emergency with her car and it was repaired by a garage in Bloomington with whom we were very, very pleased. The issue I faced: Should I stay with Luther Hyundai or transfer to my wife's place? Out of gratitude for its repainting, I stayed with Luther Hyundai and once again I am very, very pleased with Bloomington Hyundai and its service adviser, Phil Carlson, a very friendly person, who also reinstalled my blue tooth. I recently leased a 2013 Elantra from Luther Hyundai and can only say positiive things about both the dealership and the salesperson i worked with. They did not have the color I wanted so they found me one at another dealership and had it waiting for me the next business day. Everyone I encountered at Luther Hyundai was very friendly and willing to work within my budget to get what I wanted. I looked at another local dealership to price compare and was told I "probably won't get the price" but Luther made it happen. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Brianna in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. More
Although I didn't have a great overall experience the evening of my repair service, the staff (Wayne and Nick) I dealt with that evening and later in the week were friendly and apologetic of the mistakes evening of my repair service, the staff (Wayne and Nick) I dealt with that evening and later in the week were friendly and apologetic of the mistakes made and any inconveniences I experienced. Because my paperwork was accidentally not submitted, I waited for 3 1/2 hours without getting the necessary recall repairs. Fortunately, the waiting area was comfortable, and there were complimentary snacks and free wifi. When they realized the mistake, I was given a courtesy car for the evening until I could pick up my car the next morning. I called and spoke with the Service Manager (Nick) later that week; he listened to me and was very sincere in his apology. He sent a generous gift card for future services; he felt bad that my first experience at this shop did not meet their high expectations. I do plan on returning for a future service. More
Allan had a very unique way of selling. He asked questions and really listened to the answers. Then he offered options that fit my budget and requirements. It was as easy as buying a car could be.
