I bought a car from Al Ackerman eight years ago and had a great experience -- both with buying the car and with the car itself -- so I wanted to go back. In the last few years, Al moved from Lupient to Luthe great experience -- both with buying the car and with the car itself -- so I wanted to go back. In the last few years, Al moved from Lupient to Luther Hyundai -- it took a few minutes of internet searching, but I found him! I ended up leasing a Santa Fe, which is a great car -- great ratings all around, great features, and good gas mileage for a crossover. Incidentally, the last car I bought from Al -- a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo -- has 157,000 miles on it and is still running great. I live in a rural area now so I needed something with 4-wheel drive for the winter, but I'm keeping the Monte. Thanks Al! More

I leased a new car from Tracy about three years ago, and was very happy with the experience. My roommate and I needed a second car, so we talked to him and explained what we were looking for. We wanted a car that was able to drive well in the snow, so we were mainly looking at 4wd SUVs. All of the ones we were looking at were fairly expensive though, and the gas mileage was a lot lower than our current car. He spent a lot of time with us going over all the cars we were interested in, and showing us us exactly how much they would cost each month. When none of them were ending up in our price range, he suggested that we could still get a regular car with good winter driving by getting a larger/heavier car like the Sonata. Plus, there was a hybrid model with great gas mileage. He took us out on a test drive during a snowstorm so we could see how well it handled in the snow, and he was right. It handled very well. We decided to get the car, but wanted it in a color they didn't have at their dealership. Tracy could tell how much we loved the color, so he found the only one still available in the metro area, and had it driven over that day so we could buy it. Even after we bought the car, he spent over an hour going over all the features with us and making sure we were happy with everything. More
We bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe in 2012 and have had all our service done at Luther Hyundai. It is my wife's vehicle and she always feels great on how they treat her. From the moment I walked in the door, until I left with my car, Paul Licalzi was on top of things and made sure I was satisfied with the car, the financing, and that I was comfortable while I waited. Tracy was so great to deal with. He showed me all the options on my new vehicle and did not rush me through the process. I had previously used Luther for an oil change on my old Tucson and that experienc options on my new vehicle and did not rush me through the process. I had previously used Luther for an oil change on my old Tucson and that experience was so great. When my broker dealer told me he found a new 2014 for me and it was at Luther I was thrilled. Their service department is one of the best. When I took my old Tucson in for oil change there was no pressure to buy any additional services on the vehicle as did my previous dealer that I went to. Great work and would purchase again from them!! More
I brought my car in today to have the oil change, and the remote start and key fobs looked at as neither were working properly. I dropped it off in the morning, picked up a rental and was called in the after remote start and key fobs looked at as neither were working properly. I dropped it off in the morning, picked up a rental and was called in the afternoon about the status of the car. Everything was fixed, remote start was in safe mode and key fobs needed replacement batteries. I went during my lunch hour to pick up the car and that's when all xxxx broke loose. Normally in the past, my experience at this dealership is great. Everyone is on point, service is fast and efficient. However, this time, not only did I wait in the customer service office for 30 minutes, AFTER I was told my car was ready, no one was able to locate my second key fob or my even my car. At one point, the car was inside the service center, and then it was no where to be found. It seemed like there was really awful communication between the customer service reps and the mechanics. One of the mechanics walked in and said "what's this missing key fob I keep hearing about?" Really? That's not professional at all. If you're going to say things like that, say them where the customer CAN'T hear you, duh. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the service today. I would still recommend this dealership because I've had very positive experiences in the past. Hopefully this was just a hiccup. More
