We felt well taken care of, fully imformed and comfortable with the decision we ultimately made to lease. We recently bought a Santa Fe about 8 months ago from you guys and had an extremely similar and fantastic experience. We will continue to be lifelong customers. The up front best price is far superior to the old, stressful bartering method. I was five minutes early for a recent routine service appointment and when I arrived; they knew who I was and why I was there. It was a friendly genuine greeting that was much appreciated. Phil, the service counselor, took care of explaining the servicing needs and handled the paperwork with a minimum of hassle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and after one cup of coffee I was ready to go; my car was ready. The “check-out” procedure was smooth and surprise free. Before you think that I was lucky and that all of the stars were aligned to give me that “perfect experience”, let me state that I have used this dealership over the past few of years and have always left with a high degree of satisfaction. Service Department I bought my 2011 Elantra in April of 2014 and brought it back today for some work. From the time I pulled up and was greeted by the friendly young man I bought my 2011 Elantra in April of 2014 and brought it back today for some work. From the time I pulled up and was greeted by the friendly young man who took my information and led me to Mike Stansbury who greeted me and did a follow up I was well taken care of. The waiting room is clean and furnished with beverages and snacks and all employees walking thru were genuinely friendly. My car was finished in the time frame Mike gave me , washed, windows cleaned and vacuumed as a bonus.. I'll be back for any further work needed as I feel they did a great job and the car runs so smooth now. Rose Ann M. More
