Easily Beats The Competition I recently went to Luther Bloomington Hyundai after having an extremely poor experience with another Hyundai dealership in the Twin Cities. Between D I recently went to Luther Bloomington Hyundai after having an extremely poor experience with another Hyundai dealership in the Twin Cities. Between Derrick, Steve, and Patrick at Luther, my experience couldn't have been better! They found the car I wanted (a 2015 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 AWD with all the toys), gave me a fair price on both the new car and my trade, and saved me a lot of hassle by doing most things via e-mail, text, or phone. This group really knows how car buying SHOULD be - no gimmicky sales shtick - just laying out the facts and letting the customer decide WITHOUT pressure. I highly recommend them - they get it! Thanks again! More

Worst experience in my life I have bought 2 cars from Hyundai, My 2nd Sonota was a 2011 Hyundai Sonota. I paid the extra 1200,00 for the warranty froma disreputablecompany called I have bought 2 cars from Hyundai, My 2nd Sonota was a 2011 Hyundai Sonota. I paid the extra 1200,00 for the warranty froma disreputablecompany called protective Assets (no pun intended bit they do protect THEIR assests very well) I bought my car into Hyundai for oil changes and the many recall notices they sent to me. I had my oil changed at60000 at NTB. All good. At 65400 miles my car killed on the freeway after running about an hour in Northfield, MN on Oct 4th. It wouldn't start. Couldn't be a battery. They dont kill after running an hour.I called Hyundai and they said the tow in was too far so I bought into Autohaus. They put in a new battery. Checked it over . All good. It started. A week later , It started making a noise so I had it towd in. Something happened an Oct. 4th to make it burn through 4 quarts of oil with no signs of leak, burning or oil light of any kind. They said the engine was fried because of oil loss. Mike said he would break down the engine to find cause but it would charge me 650.00 if it was my fault. I was confident of my car upkeep and Hyundais service so I okayed it. They said the engine fried because of oil loss but they do noy klnow what caused it.Going 6000 miles between a change should not cause a 4 quart loss and engine fry. I am stuck with a 4400.00 car bill for a new engine an a well maintained car that I still owe 10000 on. They tell me there is nothing they can do. They have no resources to help me and this oil burn shouldn't happen. Just "v\bad luck." I bough the car and warranty through Hyundai. Boughtit in for all maintainence except for 1 oil change. I trusted the dealership, the warranty they sold me and the service. Something broke in my car on October 4th that killed it on the freeway and caused it to dump oila nd no one can tell me what caused it to happen. It's not the oil change time. The oil levels were fine October 4th.I'm willing to let it go if they back up their product and fix it. No one will claim resposibility and no one will help. No one has been rude but they still will bear no responsibility for the car not performing up to standard. I am mad and will tell my story to anyone thinking of buying a Sonota. Thank you listening.
