He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, The car I traded was a 1999, so there was much for me to learn with all the new technology. Always pleasant and smiling, no hustle or hassle. For me as a woman, that is very important. I was able to negotiate pricing that I felt was quite fair with Brandon Zimmerman. I thought about things overnight, made my decision and Tracy came in on his day off to complete the deal. He spent another 1 1/2 hours with me, making sure I was comfortable with the car..
