Routine oil change I purchased my new vehicle in October 2014. It took HOURS to complete the paperwork, that was the only negative part of the experience. The salesman kept trying to upsell me all different types of add-ons that I told him I wasn't interested in. This month, May 2015, I took my new vehicle in for a routine oil change. The service was fast and professional, they even washed my car for free. The service department is excellent. More

During the grace period I decided I wanted to get it financed thru Luther Bloomington Hyundai. That is when the trouble began. I was told to work with Eric in finance. He rarely returned my calls. Left on vacation without informing anyone as to where my paperwork was kept. Then I was told the check would be mailed the next day. However more mistakes were made and the check was not processed and I was not even called to be informed. Ten days later when I called to inquire. Eric was very rude and unprofessional!!! He actually hung up on me when I asked why my check was just sitting there and why I was not informed there was a problem. I think however the worst part was that when I informed management about Eric's behavior they supported and condoned his behavior!!! Save yourself a lot of abuse and go somewhere else!!! They are very nice until you buy a car but if you have problems or questions after the sale be prepared to be abused!!! More

I owned a different brand, but came here for service repeatedly due to the excellent service I received. They notified me of two additional items my car needed, and gave me a quote on the service, and I declined it. They were not pushy in any way, and let me know exactly what my car needed. In and out in less than an hour! Great coffee too. More

Prompt and courteous I brought my Elantra in for a routine oil change which along with a cash and vacuum was on the house as I had routine maintenance done there. I waited for the service which was performed in a hour just as was predicted. Meanwhile I waited in a nice clean waiting area with premium coffee on tap. Hard to top that. More
Superior experience I took the car (2013 Azera) in for a regular oil change. When complete, there was no charge. When I questioned this I was informed that, since I bou I took the car (2013 Azera) in for a regular oil change. When complete, there was no charge. When I questioned this I was informed that, since I bought the car from them, the first 9 changes were free (if I brought it in for the scheduled inspections)! Can't complain about that! More
