Bad day I was in today just for an oil change. Due to the fact that I am a "preferred customer", or whatever they call those of us who have been with them si I was in today just for an oil change. Due to the fact that I am a "preferred customer", or whatever they call those of us who have been with them since inception, I get my oil changes for free. None the less, I expect to receive the same quality service as a "paying" customer. Believe me, I have paid over and over again through the years. Today I was very disappointed in the quality of care. The inside of my car was not cleaned, no paper was put down on the drivers side for the drivers feet, and no label was put in my windshield for notice of the due date and mileage of my next oil change. This is very unusual service, but I noticed when I was checking in, the service young man who was getting my car ready seemed less than enthused. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Phillip Carlson, my service Advisor is always terrific, as he was today. More
Great The only thing that is negative was bringing the vehicle back for the ECP protection and the paint/clear coat area on the bumper. While both things were done in a timely fashion - the vehicle was returned with seats up and down; an umbrella that had been in the pocket was wedged in between folded and unfolded seats in the back. The vehicle was not washed and readied at the time of original pick up due to electric outage - not a problem there. However, when it was brought back in for the ECP and paint repair I was told that it would be done. It was not done - the vehicle was brought through a carwash, but the interior windows were still dirty. This simple thing is definitely not a flaw in the process I've had with this company - just something of note. Overall, the experience was very good. Had this been done it would have been excellent. More

No pressure sales,worked to find me the best interest rate. I mostly worked to buy my new Tuscon with a gentleman named Tracy. My past experience makes me a nervous buyer.
