But Tracy quickly got me the car I wanted from another dealership, and it was like lightening fast he was able to accommodate me! We did have an issue with our child seat not fitting properly in the back seat, but everything was handled professionally and with understanding. We were able to purchase a new child seat that fit properly and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle :-) More

Good Overall experience was good. However it took nearly 4 hours to purchase our vehicle. We had test driven the car that we purchased the week prior. I Overall experience was good. I called the salesman and told him that we were coming so they had the car pulled up front when we arrived. We got to the dealership at about 5:45pm and did not get out of there until nearly 9:40pm! There was not financing involved, we traded in our car and paid the balance in cash. All we needed to do was negotiate the trade in price, give Luther a check, sign our paperwork and get out of there. This process should have taken no more than 2 hours, not 4! More

Quick and easy. Tracy DeBruzzi is a professional. There was no hard sell from Tracy or finance. Second car I have purchased from this dealer and salesperson. Stopped by for a test drive and some pricing. Spent 1 hour. Came back a week later and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Happy?
