Treated me great. I brought my 2012 Elantra in for a complimentary oil change and service. Asked if they would check my alignment for free as shown on coupon. Pao greeted me and I waited in their nice lounge area for the service to be done. Had a bag of pretzels and some Caribou coffee. They washed my car after service and I was in and out in 1-1/2 hours. Car looked great and they were friendly and professional. More

Paul is a great salesperson! I was very pleased and overall quite happy with the experience of purchasing our first new car at Bloomington Hyundai. Paul did a great job and took the time to listen and match us to the exact car for our needs. If I had to point out any negatives, it was that the $500 gift card deal is a sham to get customers to purchase financing options they don't necessarily need or want. Even with the gift card, the cheapest option we were given to use it raised our monthly payment. Also, Paul is a fantastic sales person and we would go to him again -- but, he spent a very long long time coaching and directing us to rate him with all perfect scores on the reviews. He's a great sales person but customers DO NOT LIKE to be told what to do or how to review a sale. I now feel like I absolutely have to review him perfectly or else he will be spoken to in the office. Luther CLEARLY needs to rethink its policy regarding salesperson reviews. More
