I still have a lot to learn about the car, but that will come with time. The dealership was so clean and huge selection of vehicles to choose from. The staff is all nice to work with as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! More
Dirty Car "My husband and I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We were very excited for our purchase. Most of the buying experience was great with Pat McDan "My husband and I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We were very excited for our purchase. Most of the buying experience was great with Pat McDaniels. We came in at 6:00pm and left the dealership at about 10:00pm. We did a quick look at the car when leaving but it was not until the next morning that we could really look it over. In the day light there were over 10 spots in the car where there was dirt and or grease. It was like someone's hands were covered in dirt and they touched several areas of the car. These were things that could not be missed in a detail job. I tried contacting the dealer but both email addresses I was given were not working and bounced back. I ended up having to text about my concerns. When I brought the car in for the protection services it was to be cleaned. I felt for all the hassle and embarrassment of purchasing a car with 25 miles on it some compensation would have been nice. I had to beg for something to be done to make the experience better. I was then given a gift card for service at the dealership (which makes me have to take it there) when I asked for something else and suggested the weather mats, I was given those. After picking it up from cleaning and protection services it still has actual dirt on the steering wheel and grease on the ceiling. When I spoke to Derek Johnson to say it was still unclean he called back a day later and said he would fix the grease stain by coming to get the car from me and giving me a service car. I was willing to do this but asked if there was anything they were willing to do for more inconvenience and offer some compensation. He replied, ""I am done giving you compensation."" I told him I would like to return the car if I could and would it take a lawyer to get some help with this. He replied, ""If you bring up a lawyer I cannot talk with you and you need to talk to our Luther lawyers."" Derek then said, ""Good bye,"" and hung up on me. I then tried calling him back but he will not answer my calls nor return my message. I then called Pat McDaniels to try to discuss things with him and his direct line is not in service any more. All of this could have been fixed with repairing the areas of concerns, an apology, and offering something to say we want this to be better and not lose your business. There is no reason we should have had to go through this." More

Loving the new car! I had met with Brandon prior to the day I turned in my vehicle to discuss my options. He took the time to show me how I could essentially get the same I had met with Brandon prior to the day I turned in my vehicle to discuss my options. He took the time to show me how I could essentially get the same features I had in my previous leased vehicle, plus a few upgrades for not much more $$. He also advised me on my options fir additional services/protection. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Thanks for helping me find my new ride - which I'm LOVING so far! More
