Yes, this will help them in the long term but it's more than that. They are trying to change how car dealers are viewed by making it about the customer and not themselves. They determine someones exact needs by asking questions not just about what type of car someone needs, but about that persons life and then matching those needs and the lifestyle with the perfect car. Of course they want to sell as many cars as fast as possible but, for Luther Bloomington Hyundai, it's about the relationships and not how much they can ship. More
