When I arrived, I was met by the service worker. He was pleasant and described to me exactly what would be done and how long he estimated it would take. I set myself up in the waiting lounge, enjoyed a bottle of water and did some work on my computer. In half the time he told me, the car was done. He helped me understand how the AC was controlled and how the "auto" function on climate control worked. In all this was a very an excellent visit, I was treated well and my car is running smoothly.
