The entire process went smoothly with Gary explaining every paper I signed and what we would be anticipating while waiting for Drew the F&I manager. When my daughter and I came to pick up the van the following Monday, Gary had it cleaned and right up front and ready for us. Gary also took a lot of time on Monday explaining to us all the features on the van and took extra time hooking up my phone to the Bluetooth.
