MADE A WRONG A RIGHT After I had picked up my vehicle for some warranty work I had noticed the car was not in the condition I had dropped off. I had made a few attempts to contact my service advisor. First was phone tag and then no response to voicemails. I contacted the Service manager Carleen Shimanski who had me see her personally in regards to my concerns. I dropped the car off, was provided a loaner vehicle and then received a phone call from Robert Ebert assuring me I would be very pleased with the work that was done. I picked up my car and all my issues were addressed along with a detail done on the car. Robert had told me my vehicle was used as a "training vehicle" that particular day. Car looks fabulous and I really appreciate the attention given to my concerns. Great job and Thank you both! More

Car dealers have always intimidated me so last week I went there with my oldest son. (for support) The last time I bought a car was 13 years ago and needed a newer one badly. We were met on the lot by Gary Carlson, he asked what I was looking for in a car. (and actually truly listened to me) I told him I wanted to look at a certified used cars. We took two Sonatas out for a test drive and immediately I loved the black 2.0 with a turbo. He walked me through every step of the purchase, and was probably the most honest sales consultant I've dealt with. I've had a few issues in my life that left me worried about my credit, but with Gary's help and the wonderful help of their finance department, I was able to get a loan and drive my new car home that afternoon! I would recommend seeing Gary, to any of my family or friends. I am truly grateful that I decided to turn into Luther Bloomington Hyundai that day, having a reliable car again means more to me than I can express. Thank you! More
