Service was great! Had my car in for routine maintenance, and to deal with a few recalls. They were clear on what was going to be done and amount of time they would nee Had my car in for routine maintenance, and to deal with a few recalls. They were clear on what was going to be done and amount of time they would need (important since I was waiting!) A few extra services were suggested, but no argument or pressure when I turned those down to do at a later time. Overall a good experience. My only ask - when they turn the cars lights off of auto when working on the car...I wish they would remember to turn them back on! Would have saved me from driving a ways with no lights that evening!! More

Not that the other dealers treated us poorly (very nice people everywhere we went), the difference in the experience is that Chris really focused on what we were looking for and was very thoughtful about meeting ALL of our requirements, not just some. To me, that was the big difference maker in making us satisfied. I would have loved for the first dealer who had the opportunity to sell us car had done the same thing and I would not have had to make four additional trips. So next time I will start with Luther Hyundai in Bloomington! More
