Five Stars from me I got a note from the dealer last week asking me to come down so they could fix two minor recalls. Was told it would take 3 hours. Get there and they tell me, "Nah, we'll have you out of here in 2 hours." I settle in to a comfy chair and start doing office work. An hour and ten minutes later they are done and I'm gone. That's what I call service. Surprisingly swift service and excellent desk staff I might add. More

I have had my car in several times for repair of an undiagnosed electrical problem. Jaime and service personnel have been working with Tech Support over the last 18+ months and have been very thorough in their efforts. Always keeping me informed, providing loaner and been very polite and professional during these numerous and frustrating repair attempts. Would recommend Bloomington Hyundai to all customers. I am very frustrated with Hyundai , repeated conversations to resolve these numerous service visits with a refund or replacement of this vehicle have been fruitless. I am a senior citizen with limited income and need a dependable vehicle. I made a substantial trade-in vehicle down payment and have just mailed my final lease payment. I am expected to purchase this vehicle by Jan 10th or forfeit my trade-in down payment and 36 months of lease payments (and pay a $400 lease turn in fee). I do not have $15000 to sit in " limbo" and not have a dependable vehicle. The clock is ticking, it is time for Hyundai to step up to "Refund or Replace" my 2014 Tucson Ltd. More
