I booked the appointment online, ran 10mins late to my appointment, but they were still able to take me in and perform the oil change and washed my car. Price of the oil change was a bit higher than other Hyundai locations, but its pretty expected with the area. While waiting, there were complimentary snacks, coffee, and water to enjoy. I was out in 45mins, and everyone treated me nicely. More

This also confirms the power of good advertising dollars spent by Hyundai (saw national ad on TV about coming in for a test drive) and also hearing Luther Hyundai advertising on KFAN. It worked!
