Last week the engine light came on, needless to say, my son was frantic since he had no mon We bought a used Sonata a couple of weeks ago for my son. Last week the engine light came on, needless to say, my son was frantic since he had no money, at this point, for any kind repair. I came in to the dealership and spoke to Joshua Thomes (our salesman) about the issue. He said that if there was any oversight in the original inspection of the vehicle, Luther will do its best to accommodate the customer. Josh introduced us to Dave Boogren, the Service Drive Manager who was very friendly and understanding. Needless to say, the issue was addressed and the vehicle was fixed without any cost to us. My son ended up calling his friends telling them how wonderful it was to get the car fixed and that he is very glad we purchased the vehicle from Luther.! you made him a believer......
