Great Salesman Josh Thomes helped me right away when I arrived, let me test drive two of my choices and explained everything about the car very well. He was amazing especially since he stayed late to help me lease the car and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. It was a great experience and I would definitely purchase from him again. I was also very happy that I came in due to the leasing special of 259/month and I was able to walk out with that exact price without any issue. I would definitely buy from Bloomington Hyundai again. I did speak to Kassia over email originally, and when I asked her about a specific time I could come in on Saturday, she never did respond if it was ok or not to come that late in the day. But Josh was amazing and I’m happy he was able to help me when I came in, even though it was later in the day. More

We have been looking for a car for a while and in most places have felt a pressure to buy from them. Even though we came with the idea of buying and knew which particular car we wanted, Carrie didn't know that, but she was always listening to what we wanted, our budget, etc. It was a great experience! They gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When we did decide to purchase a Hyundai we had very specific wants and at the time this dealership did not have a vehicle fitting our exact wants. A week later we received a call saying they had a vehicle coming in that we might be interested in. It was exactly the vehicle we were looking for!! We truly appreciated the great communication and follow through from Carrie and the other team members at Bloomington Hyundai. More
