Luther did not do all services I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change. The vehicle was to be cleaned inside and out, when picking the vehicle the floor was not vacuumed as listed on the special. As best I could tell the tires were not rotated. Checking the lug nuts on the tires, they were still dirty, you would think they would be cleaning if they had been removed. Of the other services listed, topping off all fuels, the windshield fuel was only a quarter filled. And as for the brake and transmission fuel, who knows? More

Excessively long wait I had a prebooked appointment for an oil change; when I arrived I was quoted an estimated time of 1 hour for this service (with a tire rotation added) I had a prebooked appointment for an oil change; when I arrived I was quoted an estimated time of 1 hour for this service (with a tire rotation added). After over two hours of waiting in the lobby without any communication/updates, I had to ask the service advisor for an update; which I was then told it would be another 15-20 minutes or so. After waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes, the service was finally complete and I was able to leave. I think it is unacceptable for a routine service to take 2.5x longer than expected with no communication. In addition, within a week of having my vehicle serviced, I had 3 of my hubcaps fall off of my vehicle while driving; so I don't think they were properly reinstalled on my vehicle after the tire rotation. More
