Poor attention to detail. Many missteps during the visit. When I went to check the work under the hood it was not closed all the way. The service advisor could not answer a question I had about carbon buildup on GDI engines. He stated that it's done with a fuel additave cleaner. My reply was how could that happen when fuel is not sprayed on the intake valves. He just stood there with a blank expression on his face. So sad. More
