I particularly appreciated the up-front price breakdown provided to me on my first day visiting the dealership and it was a major factor for me in making the purchasing decision at Luther Bloomington. Also, good financing options were available as well. Luis has also been on top of following up with me after my purchase and ensuring that everything is good and running with the vehicle. The only negative that I had was that even though Luis did a great job providing me the information about add-on purchases to help me make my decision, the sales manager was very pushy and almost disrespectful of my decision to opt out of options with an apparent change in attitude after my firm NO. It really did bring my overall positive experience up until that point down significantly. More
