Impressed by courtesy and integrity I came in for three recalls on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata, plus another issue with the steering column that turned out to be covered under warranty. I get I came in for three recalls on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata, plus another issue with the steering column that turned out to be covered under warranty. I get my routine service and oil changes done at a small shop in my neighborhood, so I was at Luther Bloomington Hyundai only for this no-charge work. In spite of that I got an immediate sense of friendliness, courtesy and professionalism from Jamie Tresidder. He gave me a time estimate for the repairs (shorter than expected), and also printed out a 45,000-mile service list for me, in case I felt my car was in need of any of that work. He made it clear this was for my information only, and put no pressure at all on me for getting any of this extra work done. I took a few minutes to consider it, and went back to him to say it couldn't hurt to have them do everything on the list but the oil change, which I was up to date on. I couldn't have been more impressed, or appreciative, that he gave me his honest assessment: given my car's condition, none of this extra work was truly necessary to have done. That, to me, is excellent service, and I give Jamie high marks for that integrity, and the dealership high marks for employing people of that quality. The recall work was done on time, and I left very happy with the whole experience. Thank you! More

When working with the finance rep he made I seem like I needed the excessive wear package or that it was going to be included without really asking. I told I was quoted a price and would not sign if the price was going up. It was then he told me I could decline. Did not appreciate that at all but the rest of the experience seemed pleasant. More
