You can hear his smile over the phone. Great attitude, enthusiasm, and a fun & outgoing personality which with 30 years in sales, I truly appreciated. Alex in finance was more than patient and explained things throughly when I had questions. Was overall a great experience. After a few days I noticed there are some things on the bar that isn’t working... and I am confident that when I get back into town, that Abdi will assure that those things get fixed without issue. Thank you so much to Abdi and Alex for making a very stressful process for me much easier with their great professionalism and assistance. More

Maria drove the car to our home in terrible road conditions just to make sure our new car could accommodate our disabled son's v Our needs are unique. Maria drove the car to our home in terrible road conditions just to make sure our new car could accommodate our disabled son's very specific physical needs. My need for this new car was because my old one had just been totaled in an accident. My injuries prevented me from shopping personally for the car, so Maria helped my husband find a car that met all my needs and that I love. When I was able to join in the process, she was incredibly helpful in expediting paperwork, etc., to shorten the time we were away from home and from our son. Because of our unusual situation, our new Santa Fe is the 21st car we looked at. We visited many showrooms and dealt with lots of salespeople. Dead battery cost reduced Frigid temps in Mn. My battery died in the bay after service and 10 minutes before closing time when service personnel were already gone. Came back th Frigid temps in Mn. My battery died in the bay after service and 10 minutes before closing time when service personnel were already gone. Came back the next day to have it replaced and because I needed to return a second day, the labor charges were eliminated. Appreciate that! Good service recovery. More
