Good Car Purchase Experience I just bought another Santa Fe from Luther Bloomington Hyundai. I was helped by Kassia. She is very professional and efficient. I looked the car, got purchase estimation and had the car on hold in the first visit. Then I gave her a call to setup the time to pick up the car and to paper work. I was able to bring the car home on my 2nd visit. She also went though the car operations with me so I can spend less time to read the menu. It was a good experience. More

Auto armor. Sent the car to have auto armor done. Never got a call saying my car was done, had to call them with 30 minutes left of their business day remaining. Sent the car to have auto armor done. When I got the car back all of my belongings were shoved into a duffel bag I had left in the backseat. No big deal, except I mean everything was shoved in there even a rusty mini sledge hammer that was in my car. Auto armor also missed several spots on the interior. The dealership offered a free carwash as compensation.... More

Issue with Nock sensors (recall) My 2015 CPO Santa Fe started running poorly,would barely hit 45 mph and was limited to 2000 rpm, then check engine light came on.. talked with svc adv My 2015 CPO Santa Fe started running poorly,would barely hit 45 mph and was limited to 2000 rpm, then check engine light came on.. talked with svc advisor Austin on the phone...he looked up the history on the car, recalls and fixes performed...was able to pretty accurtely point to what the likely problem was...I got the car to dealer the same day, in the midst of a serious winter snowstorm ..., Austin had the car checked in and in a service bay being diagnosed within 10minutes... he developed a plan to get the car fixed , as It was likely a multi-step process due to the recall and previous work done on the emission system, sensors and wiring. Throughout the process, Austinkept us informed about progress made, as well as delays...bottom line was he was able to get the problem resolved and get the car back to us when it was needed... Tracey greeted me and asked me if I would like some help or if I had questions he could answer. I told him what I wanted and I wanted a price. He had the suv with everything I wanted on it. He answered all my questions and made it happen. He was kind, patient and informed. He invited me to come back on Friday with my title and he will finish going over my car with me and take me back to the service dept as I purchased the extended warranty and service package. I don’t eed to worry about my car for 10 years More
