Josh was very helpful and friendly also but was very apologetic for the long wait we had for finance office. We would recommend both Josh and Brandon to others interested in checking Luther Hyundai. Our visit with the finance office was less than inviting. The man who came out to get us was apologetic for the long wait and was friendly. However, Luke could use some customer service direction. He was very curt and abrupt. His response to Josh when he came in to ask a question was very dismissive which we found disconcerting. He knew his materials very well but was not very adept at presenting them. For the most part it was a very good experience. More
