After test drive and hoist evaluation, Bob from either district Luther or Hyundai offered to go for a drive and explain how traction control functions. He spent nearly a half hour demonstrating, explaining, and answering my questions, and alleviating my concerns. This was extraordinary customer service. So patient and nice!
