I was driven to my office by their shuttle service driver and that worked well. Jamie in the service area helped me clarify what I needed for the service and he also helped me utilize a discount coupon that I had previously received in the mail. After test drive and hoist evaluation, Bob from either district Luther or Hyundai offered to go for a drive and explain how traction control functions. He spent nearly a half hour demonstrating, explaining, and answering my questions, and alleviating my concerns. This was extraordinary customer service. So patient and nice! I will be taking my car to Luther Bloomington for all my car service maintenance. Thank you! More
