Disappointing Experience I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe (used). The salesman did not show how any of the control panel features worked, nor any other details about the vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe (used). The salesman did not show how any of the control panel features worked, nor any other details about the vehicle. I seemed to know more about the car than him. After signing the purchase contract I was informed that the car had an engine problem and that it needed a part. I was told the part would be installed and ready in 3 days. Three days came and went and no communication from the dealership. I called, and was told the car would not be ready for over a week. At that point I cancelled the sale. No communication as to what was wrong with the engine nor the exact day it would be available. Very disappointed with the sake and follow up. I was treated like a number not a valued customer. More
