Great service Traded up car for a certified pre-owned. Tracy was a great salesman. As for the car, the tires need replacing and windshield has a huge chip in it. Oil change I made an appt for an oil change at 8:00 am. I left the vehicle and went home, i requested that they lube my doors due to squeaking and give me a list I made an appt for an oil change at 8:00 am. I called back at 9:20 when i had not heard back and was told that they were just finishing getting the light bulb list together and it would be done soon. I was disaponted that an oil change took 1.5 hours, but was even more disaponted to find out later that the doors had not been lubed. More
