The staff was very friendly and helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Then my check engine light came on a few days after I left. This has never happened in the 2+ years I have owned the car. My car is still under warranty. I called the shop right away and they asked if the car was still driving fine. It was, so they told me to make an appointment. The next available appointment was 5 days from then. They also asked me on the phone if the engine light came on after I filled up with gas. I said no and they did not elaborate. The five days until the appointment I did not fill up with gas because of this comment. When I get to my appointment, I was told they could not test the car since there wasn’t enough gas. I was never told about a minimum or maximum amount of gas needed in the car. I was told to come back after I filled up with gas and the light came back on. A few days later and these requirements occurred, I went back to the shop. An hour later, I was told the test didn’t show anything was wrong, they turned off the light, and I was able to go on my merry way. I have wasted a lot of time and patience traveling to and from the shop. It is an hour drive both ways for travel. I will not be returning to this shop after my warranty expires. I will not buy another car from Luther. I will not recommend Luther to friends or family. More
Great customer service! Had a dashboard warning light but could not get my car in for 4 days. Had a problem and couldn't drive my car on day 3. The dealer could not get me a rental car but shuttled me to work and back. Good communication about the status of my car. Charges were negated when it was felt it might have been related to other work. I am very impressed and reminded why going to the dealer is the preferred option for car issues. More

Tried to be funny but in the process wasn't very professional. Did move the process along well. One other employee in the dealership was thoughtful, asking if we need anything and showed us the restrooms and coffee. Other employees didn't really engage at all. Overall not a bad experience, but forgettable. More

Tracy DeBruzzi reached out to me right away and after trading a few texts I felt it was time to make an appointment to meet Tracy and to look at one I had picked out. Last Saturday (4/13) we met up and I was on my way home with my new Kona in just a couple of hours! More
