I feel ripped off I spent a lot money on an extended warranty and go in there for a horn that doesn’t work among other issues. The service guy says it should be covered I spent a lot money on an extended warranty and go in there for a horn that doesn’t work among other issues. The service guy says it should be covered under the warranty since it seems to be an electrical issue. All it was was a broken fuse which isn’t covered under warranty (rip off) and they tried to charge me over $200! I did get the service manager to cut the $160 diagnosis fee in half because she admitted that she only needed the technician for a half hour ($80) and not the full hour. I still don’t believe that it takes a half hour to figure out a fuse is broken. So $127 later, my horn works again. I feel ripped off. More

Tracy is the guy to go see when you’re looking for a vehicle, he adds a level of service that is VERY uncommon to see in the auto industry. He was knowledgeable about the product, explained services, and even went as far as helping me by showing voice command tutorials and setting up my Bluelink. I was also impressed with Alex’s professionalism and depth of knowledge explaining finances and he was well versed in all contract verbiage. Take note, other dealerships. More

Another world-class service visit My new 2019 Kona had a few scratches on it, and my Sales Person arranged to have them fixed.
