Hard to please I’m a very upfront transparent customer on every item I shop for- after all this is my hard earned money. Im also not one to spend a ton on a car. I emailed hoping to see a couple cars and Paul L left me a voicemail immediately letting me know they were both in stock and he would have them both ready for a test drive. I test drove 6 cars at 4 different lots before I got to this particular lot. Paul was AMAZINGLY honest, helpful and kind. I could tell he cared about good service and ensuring I was happy and completely on making a sale though we know that’s what he needs to do to make a living. Ultimately my purchase was made because of the genuine kindness and honesty of this salesman. I can see right thru the others who will tell you what you want to hear in order to complete their sale- even felt I may have gotten a lil scammed by the finance dept here when a warranty was basically added into my loan without sharing the exact figures without a warranty- excellent tactic for a loan officer to make his office some money but bad for a customer who feels like theyve been duped, but in the end I wanted a warranty anyway- just would’ve liked more transparency with the loan portion. Other than that- I will never go to another salesman- Paul L completely cared and has won over a lifetime customer! More
