Buying experience was fine. Service, look elsewhere. Although you pay a premium assuming higher quality service, I've lost trust and confidence in their ability to deliver consistent results. I mistakenly assumed Luther dealerships would have similar service levels after having over 10 years of solid service at one of their Honda locations. Clearly I was wrong. It is one thing to make a mistake. It happens. But to cast it off as a misunderstanding, ask the customer to return a second time to make things right and then turn around and try to charge that customer full price for their process breakdown while never really owning up to their errors is unacceptable. An opportunity to make things right and improve their standard work was squandered. Trying to squeeze another $84 out of this incident will end up costing them $100's if not $1,000's more in lost service opportunities and $10,000's in future vehicle sales. Too bad, really. The buying experience was solid. More
