The service advisor staff are polite, responsive, and showed genuine interest in our vehicle concerns. During the repair process they were responsive to our inquiries and provided detailed information whenever we asked for it. We were in a unique position of not needing the vehicle for transportation, so we were able to leave it with the service department for as long as they needed to affect repairs and to identify any additional issues which needed attention. During that time, they kept us informed without us having to contact them for updates. From a customer service standpoint, I would rate the service department 5 our of 5 🌟 Stars. Additionally, the salespeople were also very kind and helpful whenever we were in the dealership. The customer waiting area (although we spent little time there) was bright, comfortable, and had a great beverage selection, including an array of Starbucks coffees. Our service advisor Matt gets a special recognition for his professionalism, as does the Service Manager Carleen for her obvious commitment to professional, personable customer relations.
