I had an amazing test drive and a great sales presentation. Luis was funny, engaging, asked the right questions and made it a very relaxed and easy process. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to purchase and get into the finance office. I waited over two hours to get into the finance office (there was a line/backup of buyers waiting). Once in the finance office Alex was phenomenal. Strong knowledge and not pushy. A good listener. 4 hours in total at the dealership to purchase the vehicle and while everyone was considerate and apologetic, it simply was what it was. I ended up with a great car, great sales rep in Luis and an amazing vehicle. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and working with Luis and Alex. More
