I had a problem with my steering wheel clicking every time I turned it. Didn't feel comfortable driving the car not knowing what was wrong with it. I called and made an appointment and they were able to get me in with in 2 days which I appreciated. It turned out there was recall on the problem and they fixed it free of charge which I was very happy about. The people there are very nice and would recommend them very highly! More

Like the car, disappointed with the sales rep. Went for a test drive with the sales rep. He told us it had a turbo motor. Found out later it does not have a turbo. My wife liked the car and did not want to make waves so she’s keeping it. When I brought this to the sales reps attention, he gave corrected information but never offered an apology. He also said he would try to do something to compensate for the misinformation, but never came up with anything. Honestly, if he would have apologized in the beginning, I would’ve forgotten about this and moved on. We also also found out that he misinformed us on the frequency of oil changes in order to keep the warranty. Not angry, just disappointed. Hate to give the dealership a low rating because of one individual, but didn’t really talk to anybody else besides the finance guy - he was pretty nice. More
