One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had was at this dealership. From the moment I walked in the door on a Monday I was made to feel that I was their most important customer. Abdikadar Abdi was at this dealership. From the moment I walked in the door on a Monday I was made to feel that I was their most important customer. Abdikadar Abdi (AK) listened to me and steered me towards exactly what I was looking for in a new car. Once he knew I was serious, he worked with the manager to get me the lowest price possible. I didn’t make a deal with them that day as I wanted to do further research on my options. I went back to the dealership several times with further questions and even when AK was not there, both Mike and Brandon Zimmerman were happy to assist me. I learned a lot about this new vehicle and all of its many features. Brandon went with me for another test drive and showed me even more features of this vehicle. I told him I was ready to purchase and he set up an appointment for me with AK for Thursday promising to have the car cleaned up and ready to go. I was ready on Thursday to pay cash for this new vehicle when Alex, the finance manager, told me about a way to save another thousand dollars. I really hated the phoniness that used to take place when buying a car. I’m talking about the times the sales person would go to the back room to meet with the manager to supposedly come up with a good price (when all they were really doing was talking about sports). Then he would come out and present the offer. The customer would leave but the sales person would call back a few days later with an even better price. I didn’t get any of that at this dealership. I was given the best price the first time in my research confirmed that. If you are looking for a no nonsense deal with straight talk, this dealership is the place to go! More
