Just fine one reservation. I believe they gave me a good diagnosis for my engine’s problem. Service was fine but the appointment ran about 30 minutes longer than I expected. I had my own book to read so I was fine. You could perhaps provide a bigger variety of magazines to browse through. Simple task turning into a long process So I brought my Santa Fe in prior to going over 100K miles to repair a faulty passenger seat switch. The switch wasn't in stock, which was fine, so I So I brought my Santa Fe in prior to going over 100K miles to repair a faulty passenger seat switch. The switch wasn't in stock, which was fine, so I was told it would be ordered and I would get a phone call soon. Normally it takes two to three days for the return call, but I believe we were going on two weeks with no phone call. I called the repair dept and was transferred to the parts dept. The lady at the parts dept could not find my part or records that it was placed on order. She put me on hold, returned a few minutes later and told me that the part was on back-order but will be there tomorrow. (Translation: We forgot to order it so we'll overnight it.) Not my first rodeo. Fine. Brought my car in this week. Noticed the repair was going a bit longer than it should. "Dave B told me the tech didn't read the repair order, started changing out the drivers side switch instead of the passenger side switch, and broke the plastic seat base around the drivers side seat. ( I appreciate Dave's honesty) So now I have to take a 3rd trip down from Coon Rapids and back to get that fixed. Over 60 miles round trip. Haven't heard when that part is coming in either. Thought I would get a call today. Frustrating. More

I had a check engine light on and brought my Santa Fe in for service. Replaced the timing belt. Had reoccurring issues with check engine light. I was told to bring it back. Beware of scammer in Finance department 5 star to the saleS department. But finance department is a rip off, tried to scar me not so true manufacturer warranty issues, tried to sell me exten 5 star to the saleS department. But finance department is a rip off, tried to scar me not so true manufacturer warranty issues, tried to sell me extended warranty and/or maintenance packages. She told me that If the regular inspections (every 7,500 miles) aren’t done at the dealership, it voids the manufacturer’s warranty, which is not true. When I check at their service department, they didn’t care for the inspection as long as the regular oil changes are done anywhere. More
