We agreed on a price and he wrote up the paper work and sent it to the Finance Manager. So the Finance Manager (Alex Birch) come s over and I'm thinking "alright, here comes the shell game". Nope, Alex explained everything clearly and didn't try to haggle me on price. I had more issues with my out of state bank then I did the dealership. This is by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Was highly impressed with the staff and the whole process.
