I went to express service for oil change and tire rotations and balancing. I was told up front it may take 1 hr 45 min. It actually took that much time but they ended up doing multipoint inspection, rotations and balancing. I was told up front it may take 1 hr 45 min. It actually took that much time but they ended up doing multipoint inspection, they changed the transmission fluid and replaced wore down rear whipper. The service rep allow me to choose maintenance options without being pushy and generated tire options with pricing print out before my payment as I told them I will shop around for new set of tires. Waiting area was comfortable with free wi-fi and they have good freshly brewed coffee which tasted good compared to standard vending machine. Overall good experience but wait could be shorter. At the end I also got free car wash and vacuumed floors. More
