I like the shop, what's the dealer have to offer and it's clean! But unfortunately, when I went to express service supposedly I was there for almost 3 hours! I guess their definition of express and my defini clean! But unfortunately, when I went to express service supposedly I was there for almost 3 hours! I guess their definition of express and my definition of express is different? and it’s too bad that they don’t do map updates or GPS update? I understand servicemen do have to sale more or offer more services for their customers to make more money! That's fine but I would think giving the best customer service will add an extra dollar or more if they give the best customer service also? The reason I said this because one of the service man I spoke with he doesn't seems to want to be bothered by my questions about the updates for my GPS in my car. So I suggest maybe the customer service could be a little bit better, kick another notch or two? because I know The best customer service is the key you can give to all customers that comes in your shop correct? So please make your customers happy and give them an A GRADE satisfaction guarantee. it’s just my Opinion, thank you! More
