I've been dealing with Lute Riley Honda since 2008. I.never planned on using a dealer to take care of everything to do with my vehicle. I had always heard dealer repair work was always more expensive t I.never planned on using a dealer to take care of everything to do with my vehicle. I had always heard dealer repair work was always more expensive than other repair shops. They won me over immediately. The Lute Riley customer service team the mechanical expertise, and the overall care of my concerns and my vehicle just couldn't possibly be matched any where else. I'm sold. With the exception of tire purchases, they have been the only place I have ever had repairs done on my vehicle. They are the best! More

Thank you so much Melissa! *the shuttle service needs a little work, my car was ready at noon, I followed up with the dealer at 2pm, they said driver is behind then I got a call at 6:30pm saying they wouldn’t be able to pick me up after all. I had two options, leave my car there until tomorrow 7AM or get a ride. The lack of communication for shuttle sucked but Melissa was great! More

I’ve had issues in the past with my car and other dealerships didn’t take the time to find the root cause of the problem.
